Country
For Founding Gym applications: the information you share about your gym

In addition, for business outreach we process business contact details of fitness companies obtained from public sources (such as company websites, public business listings including Google Maps and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, and public business social media): company name, business email address, phone number, city, and where publicly available the name of the owner or contact person.

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of data. Basic technical data (such as your IP address) may be processed by our hosting and font providers to deliver the site, as described in section 09.

03 Why we use it

To respond to your catalogue request and send you the requested information
To review and respond to Founding Gym Program applications
To contact you about your enquiry and the Pantheon Tech European launch you asked about
To keep records of our correspondence and agreements
To contact fitness businesses about Pantheon Tech equipment that may be relevant to their operation (business-to-business direct marketing)

We do not sell your data.

04 Legal basis

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

Consent — which you give by ticking the box when you submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time.
Legitimate interest — to respond to business enquiries and manage our distributor relationships.
Performance of a contract — where you go on to do business with us.

For our business outreach we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): contacting business prospects with an offer relevant to their company. We contact businesses only, not private individuals, and keep the frequency low.

05 Who we share it with

We share your data only where necessary:

With Pantheon Tech (the manufacturer) where relevant to your enquiry, order or Founding Gym application
With trusted service providers who help us run the site and our business (for example hosting, email and form processing), acting as our processors under contract
Where we are legally required to do so

06 International transfers

Pantheon Tech is based in South Korea. Where your data is shared with Pantheon Tech, it may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. We take steps to ensure any such transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

07 How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for active enquiries and the duration of any resulting relationship, and no longer than necessary unless a longer period is required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Have inaccurate data corrected
Have your data erased
Restrict or object to our processing
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw your consent at any time

Every business outreach email also contains a one-click unsubscribe that stops all further messages, and you can object to that processing or request deletion at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

09 Cookies & third parties

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address to serve those fonts. If you add analytics or other tools later, update this section and add a cookie notice where required.

10 Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
